Epson VT6L

Epson VT6L 6-Axis Robot

With next-level technology at an incredible price, the VT6L All-in-One 6-Axis robot is ideal for a wide variety of simple applications. Delivering many of the features found in Epson’s high-end robots, including powerful Epson RC+® and Epson RC+ Express development software, and integrated options such as Vision Guidance, the VT6L offers a reach of 900 mm and a payload of 6 kg. A feature-packed performer, it includes a built-in controller plus simplified cabling with a hollow end-of-arm design in a compact SlimLine structure—all at a remarkably low cost. The VT6L installs in minutes and is available with 110 V and 220 V power, or as a 48 V DC-powered version for mobile applications. Plus, there’s no battery required for the encoder, reducing the overall cost of ownership.

Denso VSA 6-Axis Robot

Denso VSA Series

The VSA Series 6-axis articulated robots offer the world’s highest speed and precision for their class. The robots can be mounted on the floor, ceiling or wall with no special hardware needed. An extremely high maximum allowable moment of inertia enables more flexible end-effector designs and a wider range of applications than conventional robots. In addition, a new internal wiring option allows users to easily connect Gigabit Ethernet devices and servo grippers directly to the flange, preventing cables from becoming tangled or interfering with peripheral equipment. A IP67 dust- and waterproof protection option enables the robots to resist cutting chips and high-pressure washing, extending their application range. Standard and cleanroom models are also available. ANSI and CE safety compliance allows global deployment.

Denso VM and VL Series

The new VM and VL series represent some of the newest members to our 6-axis family of robots. These high-performance, versatile units offer a longer arm reach and a higher load capacity than traditional models which make them an excellent solution for palletizing, packaging, and material handling. New features include greater air piping, valve and signal line options, as well as new programming options with state-of-the-art functions using our new WINCAPS Plus software. The VM and VL series offers an IP67 protection grade along with meeting ISO Class 5, which makes them suitable for electric parts, food manufacturing processes, and pharmaceutical and medical devices.
